Works great!!
It’s a beautiful and powerful laptop. Lightweight and great design. I do recommend someone with experience setting you up. I’m kind of a boomer/millennial. Still have a bug where my password doesn’t work if I’m still logged into a game. But a restart fixes that. I’m sure it’s something simple. I’m missing. Love the laptop, however one week in no problems.

I like this so far. Very satisfied.
I have not had this computer long but, I genuinely enjoy using it. It's fast with a good graphics card. The gpu can be clocked up if needed with different settings. World of Warcraft on ultimate settings runs with add-ons stunningly. The only thing I needed to get used to was the fact that when you have the laptop unplugged it will drop fps to 13 until you plug it in again. I only plug it in when gaming. I do other things on battery and it works great. I stream TV or YouTube all the time and play non graphic intensive games for a while on battery. Nice gaming computer for the price. Talking on discord, to grandchildren, has been nice too. With good speakers and display, I see and hear them well, watch TV well and game well. Get this for your student, streamer and gamer.

Immediately broken and refunded
I received the laptop on a Tuesday, it booted up, I got it all setup and was excited to finally have a new laptop. I did think it was weird that the display was turning off when I set it to not go to sleep while plugged in, but thought nothing of it. Next day, I come back from work and.... the monitor won't wake up... power off and on, hard reset, use another display to see if it's the monitor... all nothing.... Call Acer support. My one day old laptop, is going in for repairs.... 2 weeks later, I finally get it back. The notes from Acer indicate that some hardware had been swapped by a third party prior to purchase. They replaced the motherboard and temp indicator... It still doesn't work... Refunded immediately.... I'm not sure what this third party resellers business model is... If this is a refurbished laptop, then that needs to be stated in the listing.... But, buyer beware, You may win the lottery and get a solid laptop... but you may also get a broken piece of junk.

Beaston on a budget
Bought a used one for slightly less and thing is awesome. Comes with extra m.2 slot, screen and aspect ratio are fantastic.

My favorite laptop buy so far!!
It's still new to me but omg, it is everything I was looking for and better!! The quality is amazing and so far everything runs smooth and loads quick. The only thing I compromised on was touchscreen but I don't regret it at all. My husband is jealous 😈 so I know I chose good.

Worst purchase I've ever made
RIDDLED WITH ISSUESI bought this expensive computer to have a nice gaming laptop that could work for my job but now I'm regretting this purchase more than anything.The computer crashes all the time while using Zoom which is my main work tool. I've tried to update everything I can update and change everything I could change but it still crashes. When I change the graphics to only GPU on predator senseThe computer won't start at all, I'm fearing that the GPU is not working.And the worst of it is that I live in a different country so I can't return it !Incredible waste of money, this has ruined me.
