I am definitely impressed with this stuff. Did great job on machine thats been working fine but needed a cleaning. Now I decided to try it on machine we stuck in the garage because the mineral build up from well water was horrible and cubes were coming out itty bitty despite periodic cleanings with vinegar and water mix. This is just impressive. Doing a second run of the stuff as I have a feeling it will get remaining bit of mineral build up out, but cubes are already back to full size and astonishing visual change in the mineral build up being removed too. There was a layer of the mineral deposits in the bottom of the tank you could see all settled that had came off. Absolutely recommend this product to anyone!

Positives-So I noticed some orange like scale starting and bought this products..drained water from machine and followed instructions 4oz in a gallon of water..ran it through twice and then repeated with fresh water..it's like a new machine. It DOES have instructions on the bottle and DOES work as far as cleaning as far as my own exp. I saw some who said otherwise. Negatives so far: ice isn't as clear and it has a slight lemon taste to it..this may be my own fault so I am going to empty and flush some more to see if this changes. After all, I did the first steps twice so maybe I need to flush it more..we shall see.. Update: So it was user error :/ I flushed the machine 3 more times ans the ice is extremely clear, no aftertaste, and the machine is clean!

Bought them once to clean my ice machine and it does work like a charm if you know what you’re doing. I’m going to be buying again to keep my ice machine clean.

Ran this through a cleaning cycle in my Frigidaire countertop ice maker and the ice came out crystal clear afterward. Huge difference. Easy to use and definitely worth keeping on hand for regular maintenance. Definitely a buy.

The product is VG and works as expected; I have bought and used it before without problems. However, this time I ordered two bottles and, while each had an intact foil seal, neither had a bottle cap, not on the bottle nor elsewhere in the shipping box. I note that one other reviewer mentioned this exact same issue.
