Yes it cleans your sinuses well packaged well and delivered on time.

Very effective.
This was recommended by my ENT surgeon and has made a difference. I was using Nealmed sinus rinse but X-clear has helped to prevent 'crusting' forming, due to the Xylitol content in the rinse solution, which Nealmed wasn't doing.

Best buy for me, cleared a bad sinus infection and nasty smell from my nasal passage that I had for weeks. Seen it on a you tube vid and thought I'd try it and it did the job,when the doctors kept fobbing me off. Brilliant item.

Water shooter to clear sinuses! My pops feels it's made a difference! Highly recommended this! Uncomfortable at first but I believe you can get use to it after serveral uses.

Sinus rinse gets 5 stars from me.
Compared to the Netipot, I found this much better. Gushing up the nose rather than a trickle takes some getting used to, but it clears the nose much better. I love it!

Even though I didn't get the results I wanted, im still glad I purchased
Only used once and i was expecting it to really clear anything out of your sinuses but nothing really, I did have a cold so I was expecting something so alittle disappointing, im sure it will come in handy though

La pubblicità prometteva cose miracolose ma dopo averlo utilizzato una decina di volte mi sono accorta che in realtà non serve a granché e come farsi una resort ma effetti reali non ne ho visto secondo me è una semplice soluzione salina senza alcun che per poter respirare meglio non ho trovato il prodotto soddisfacente

This salt solution is really good for cleaning out the sinus. Works wonders at night and helps me sleep a lot better. It comes with a lot of packs for a pretty good price. Quite easy to use if you use either their bottle washer or an electric one
