I'm 5'1" 160lbs and I got the medium shapewear. It isn't a dramatic difference but I definitely feel hugged. It is pretty stretchy. The crotch area kind of hurts though because I got a medium when I probably should have got the large but wanted a tighter fit for the belly area. Not too difficult to put on or take off. The hooks similar to a bra, are on the bottom of the crotch. The is a grey lining in the crotch area of the shapewear. It also supports the brests just enough. I have small breasts, but if we're bigger would definitely be attractive to wear. It can be discreetly worn under clothes or to bed or just around the house with pants on. No one will know and it is affordable.

Even for the price, this really was great shape wear. I did not expect much because of the price being so reasonable but it really did a good job making me look smooth under a form fitting outfit. I was really impressed with the difference.It’s true to size and does a really good job.

Does not give much support on the top but the rest is great.

Good shape wear but not a whole lot of support if you have large breasts. I wear D cup so I have to wear a bra inside of the shape wear for support. The front part of the shape wear tends to stretch drastically low for that reason.I don’t mind it as much, given the price that I paid and I’m wearing this underneath clothing anyway. It works everywhere else so it’s more like a minor annoyance.
