These are great, they taste amazing and I gained quite a few pounds. Only downside is the price. Too expensive for me to continually buy. 360 calories a serving and the quality is good.

Creamy and filling
Due to my work schedule, I often have to skip a meal. This nutritional drink is a great fill-in for my missed meals. I don’t usually care for strawberry flavored drinks, especially creamy ones, but this has a pretty decent flavor - not too sweet, ok strawberry flavor. The best part about this drink is that it seems to fill me up and hold me over until I can eat a real meal. It contains 14g protein and is 360 calories. It provides me with 26 vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, zinc, and vitamin B12. It says it contains niacin, but doesn’t cause the weird facial flushing I experience with niacin pills. There are no artificial flavors, coloring, or sweeteners, however, it does have 15g sugar and 45g carbs. Probably not something I would want to live on, but it is a good occasional meal replacement.
