Had issue with the first delivery (not sellers fault) but finally got the item. They are very sticky, worked wonders on the back of my couch and the cats 9including a little kitten) have avoided scratching/stretching against the sofa. People have moaned it doesn't stick IT DOES, the the point I wouldn't use it on leather and certain fabrics, it did peel a little of mine off when I needed to adjust.

If, like me, you live with a cat who likes to sink their claws into your furniture, then this is a good product to turn to. You get plenty of the sheet plastic in the roll, enough to cover a fair few surfaces. My cat particularly likes to scratch our leather sofas and dining chairs so, after having ordered new ones, we applied the plastic sheets to the edges (the areas where he most liked to scratch) and have noticed a difference. Our cat scratches the plastic but, when he realises that it is smooth and cannot get a good grip, turns his attentions elsewhere to his scratching post. The plastic has done a good job of keeping the furniture safe, but I do have a few things that I feel I should mention: -       Although you receive plenty of plastic on the roll, the height of 30cm is relatively short and so you often have to double up on the plastic sheet; against the black surfaces of our sofas and dining chairs, one solid sheet of plastic would have been much more aesthetically pleasing as doubling up clearly shows two sheets.-       The plastic, although adhesive, seems slightly weak and peels away once our cat has tried to scratch; it therefore needs to be pushed back on to the surface. Maybe this is just a leather surface issue. Overall this is a good product and well worth a go – I do, however, think it would be much better for the roll to go up to 50cm in height.
