This is a great creatine to take, it is amazing quality, it tastes surprisingly nice, no chemical aftertaste & the strawberry is quite pleasant... It mixes well, no clumps of powder or grittiness & for the price it is good value for money! I definitely feel I'm able to life bettwr with this supplement & I feel more energetic in the day for taking it. I wholly recommend trying it...
