Cheap quality & not as shown in image
its made up of very cheap quality material for this price (rs. 200+) and it does not match with the image shown in here,but it is usable just not trustworthy; the whole point of it is to hold the bird while its startled and it does the job but u cant tell if its gonna break now or later so don't risk it

Too big and heavy for a cockatiel! The harness is very confusing to put it onto the bird. THere should have been an illustration on how to put on the harness to the little and a fragile bird. The picture on the corresponding amazon page should have been better to illustrate how to put on the harness on to the bird. Everytime i end up putting it differently much to the bird's chagrin and discomfort. Eventually, i gave up using the harness and my bird is happy!!

Not for cockatiel. It's small.
It's really hard to make your cockatiel wear this. This is good for birds smaller than cockatiel and larger than budgies.

NOT SAFE, HARNESS DETACHES EASILY
It is not safe at all. The string came off before the bird wore it. You cannot definitely restrain a bird which is startled. Please don't buy. Instead you can even make your own harness. That is more reliable. Worst experience.
