Very good product

I had bought this same grinder 10years back and works good till now except it's tilting button broken after 5 years but good overall experience and no complaints. Even after 10years the same model is available at the same price and i bought it for my friend two weeks back which is working fine still

I recieved a defective one , the tilting was loose keeeps on tilting not stable at any point , I dnt know why I order here waste of my time I initiated the return aswel but the pick up persons playing with me they are not at all serious , I initiated my return 3days back but still the one come for pick up , I contacted yesterday he said he will come and pick up today but he dnt , today also no one .... I dnt know why Amazon has this much worst delivery service and pick up partners , for delivery also very worst and rude he contacted me and said come to some spot to pick up my heavy bigger package ,why should I order in Amazon to pick up my grinder far from my home ? Is this Amazon service ??

MACHINE IS VERY GOOD FOR DHOSA BATTER

Received brand new perfectly working product. The packaging was very good and delivery was seemless. I have already used the product and very happy with the purchase. Overall, a good compact wet grinder for a family of 2-3 members.

Satisfactory, but shall have 3 stones. Essentially a tool to be included for periodically roughening the rollers.

First: Before ordering any appliance check the product page if return option is available or is it replacement only. I would say don't order any item that doesn't have Return option. I had to argue with Amazon that the design itself is bad and so I dont want replacement of same defective design and they finally agreed. Product review: I don't know how Premier even has this stupid item for sale. The lock and tilt mechanism is really hard to use and flimsy so wouldn't last even 6 months. Most importantly, the Grinder doesn't stay vertical while running. No matter how much you tighten the knob the Grinder swings while running ! The tilt option itself has 4 stops if you check closely under the left side knob and 2 of them are not usable [goes below the stand itself], so don't know why it is even there. It appears the locks are maybe in reverse as the lock stops are for lifting up movement and not tilting down. The instructions are not clear on this either. And lastly, the package inside and outside was not good, looked like repacked multiple times. So I guess they are just circulating same item to multiple customers once returned.
