Please dont belive negative reviews. Note 5 is a very good phone at this price range. People who does not have this phone with them also posted their reviews and made false claims about the phone.I request amazon to please allow only those people for comment and ratings, who make purchases of the product as this will help in posting of genuine reviews and ratings and provide help for future buyers.I bought note 5 on 28 oct and got it on 2nd nov since then I am having nice experience with the phone.Front camera is very good. rear camera is not that good but it will not disappoint you for sure. even better than redmi note 3(well redmi note 3 is also a very good phone but here I make some comparison with it). Fingerprint touch is working awesome. it is almost instant.2.5D curved screen looks very nice. I dont know about the durability of the screen but i think some kind of toughened and scratchproof glass is used. I tested it. Its metal unibody with golden stipes at edges adds to its premium look. it will surely attracts eyes when in hand.I played few games including asphalt extreme on it. there is no delay or lag while playing them. yes phone warm a bit while playing games and using wifi but not that much as claimed in negative reviews. it is normal for metal unibody phones to warm a bit under such conditions.Battery stands for almost one and half days with moderate to rough use and also takes approx 2 hrs for charging it to full from 15%there are many other things that i like such as;premium look. its design is seriously better than redmi nte 3. i compared it with mine friend's note 3cool UI 8.0 interface and graphicsfront led flash4gb ramgood quality Head set that comes in boxinbuilt radio fm1920*1080 curved screen with wide viewing angles4010 batteryfree screenguard in box but its smaller. I think it is knowingly manufactured due to screen's curved edges.and ofcourse reliance jio 4g volte support.yes there are few cons with this phone like- no back lit bottom buttons, selfie flash stayed permanently on when allowed, no gyroscopebut if you see price of phone it comes these pitty cons are overshadowed under its many pros. and I am really very happy with it.well I am not a technical expert. I am still experimenting with my phone. Here I only shared mine experiences with the phone. I must say a very good phone in this price range. Thanks.

friends,Please Read it if you want to buyPros...4gb RAM plus 32 GB ROM ...out of 4gb ram at first I got 2.8 free ram available and out of 32 GB ROM I got 21.77 GB available1.Battery.. which is 4010 mah li.ion not le- polimor.charging taking almost 1.30 to 2 hours.Here best thing , from 98 to 65 it drains in a cool way and from 65 to 35 it's damn strong then later from 35 to 20 it's amazing.2.On heavy usage like YouTube, Facebook, WI-Fi, Twitter, Music it will last for 4 to 6 hours max.on the moderate usage it will give you 9 to 12 hours max.3.Fingerprint Scanners...it's amazing in 0.3 second and even for apps also you can use.4.Volte...it is supporting VOLTE as i checked recently .5.Multitasking..I would say it's good but not the best6.Camera..front cam is awesome and rear cam is cool but not amazing7.Heating... seriously friends,snapdragon 617 is not at all producing heat in charging and wifi usage. But if you plays games, it is showing little bit around 40 to 44.8.Important.. There is no lag and it's pretty smooth with cool display.9.SAR value..it's very less for head..0.4 and for body 0.6.10.Mobile charger.. Which is cool and not getting heat and even 📱 also not getting heat in charging.11.Touch..it's great and best at this price.12.Display..I would say better at this price and may be best.13.Earphones.. And technical team is so poor 👶 inhandling issues.Finally..BOX containsMobile with chargerEarphonesSim ejectorManual guideNegative Review Writers:1.If you want top buy any mobile first google it or see the reviews or go to the mobile company website and see the Specs.2.I have seen a review of a person saying its 617 chip set giving heating but as they already mentioned at their launching time that they are using Octa core 617 chip set.3.Another Review saying CAM is worst, friend this is 11 k mobile not an Iphone(70 K) or NEXUS(40 K) or One plus(30 K) OR Samsung (50K). Don't expect I phone specs at 11 k.4.One of the review mentioned , "Expel/Ban china products". How foolish we are by saying those comments.Indian government allowing foreign people to invest their crores of amount to produce usable products for us.5. like above there are a lot, please friends think like Indian and behave like human.Please friends, don't compare with other Mobile.because every mobile has its own features like our finger prints type.Note... Friends, most of us don't know that now a days we are getting refurbished mobiles. Please take a look before paying money and check it whether it's new or refurbished just by seeing the company logo sticker opened or not.And, don't wait too much time to buy any mobile, cause sooner you buy you get new ones and the later you buy 70% are refurbished.Amazon Delivery : I proudly rate 10 out of 10 and they delivered 1 day earlier but your return/Replacement/Refund policy is not good. in the same way you may loose customers. Please rethink and change your return/replacement/refund policy.

Its a decent product! Value for money product
