The chair looks great. Smooth to operate and functions well. The only complaint is with the assembly instructions. They are "sparse" to say the least! Good thing my husband is handy. I could not have figured out how to put things together without him. With clearer instructions for assembling, this would be a solid five star rating.

This chair was a good solid chair. We purchased since my husband was having right shoulder replacement and needed a recliner with lift as well as a hand control to be able to use himself when needed. Chair was fairly easy to assemble with minimal tools supplied with chair. He said it's comfortable to sleep in. Controls are easy to use. Chocolate fabric was soft and matched our furniture. Heat and massage worked great. It was not big and bulky. Note my spouse weighs about 225lbs 5ft 10 in. Only upgrade Bosmiller should make is putting in a battery backup if power goes out in house chair can be let down if in the reclinging position. Overall this was a Life saver and good purchase. Chair came sooner than expected . Chair came in 2 separate boxes with 2 seperate deliveries which we did not know would happen. Thankfully 2nd box arrived day before Surgery. We would purchase again if needed.

Easy to put together. I love the way it hugs you when you lay back especially if you have the heat and massage on.. feels very sturdy. Has an anti tipping foot which is awesome. I do have to mention that the arms were a bit tricky to put together . Other than that I love it, but too easy to fall asleep in. lol

I bought the recliner for my father and he adores it. He says that is so comfortable and made getting up so much easier. The remote is wired in so it won't get lost, the chair is loaded with pockets for all his things, he loves the cupholder.It was not too difficult to put together. It's not super heavy, but is sturdy. It is very quiet when working. I had to rearrange a bit of furniture for it to not hit anything when lying back, but that was a simple fix. It was definitely worth the price, in fact, lots of places sold very similar ones for a lot more. I'm just happy it's making my father's life more comfortable & easy. I did put a cover on it to protect against accidents. I also put a close up of the fabric.

The chair is a little slow to rise and recline and the assembly was more complicated than expected but for the price it is very comfortable, secure and so far no issues.

I bought two, one for Mom and one for Dad. Is it the best chair I ever sat in? No, however, my Mom continues to rave about how comfortable it is. Is it a great chair for the price? YES! Heat and massage alone are worth it. And for my Dad to be able to get up with no struggle is priceless.Fairly easy to put together. The arms were the hard part, they have to be assembled over a metal frame, not like the plastic snap together in the video, and then to get the fabric stretched over the frame and zipped was a booger. After that it was easy-peazy.

I purchased this lift chair as I had back surgery and it was recommended I purchase a lift chair. I was really impressed with the build quality. Almost all of it is steel tubing. My parents worked for the biggest name in recliners and I heard often about the poor materials they use. Not so with this chair. The fabric is comfortable and seems like it will hold up for a long time. The lift function is excellent. Nice and smooth. Not knowing this company and having electronics in it I purchased the extended warranty and still paid way less than if I bought one at a furniture store. This was easy to put together. I would highly recommend this lift recliner!!
