I'm an airplane guy, my dad was a military pilot and civil flight instructor. Always wanted to hand a prop in my house to honor my dad. Finally purchased this affordable decorative prop for my music room. Looks great.Prop can be stood up or wall mounted, even has a metal hanging bracket. Prop is very light and while not perfect, it's worth much more than the amazon price of 20 bucks!Shape, finish and color is very nice, few if any blemishes. Very fast shipping on this compared to my last several orders during the CV-19 era.I'm really happy and would order one for a friend as a gift. I've had positive comments, even the wife liked it!

I just got mine, and I couldn't be happier with the quality. I know it's cheap and not authentic, but for a 4' decoration, it's great. I was skeptical whether it would be ok, given that others have rivets missing or squashed or huge knots in the wood, so I ordered, expecting to keep returning until I got one of the good ones, but first time lucky for me! Only 4 stars, however, as the mounting bracket at the back is proud of the surface with two not-flush screws sticking out, and it would rub against any walls and do some damage, so I will likely have to re-engineer that area to work better. Overall, very happy.

This was a great gift for my dad who was an airplane mechanic in the war. It is hanging on the wall in his den and it looks great!

I bought this to use at our vacation Bible School this summer

This is a cute wall item and it is very easy to hang because it is so light. However, it also doesn’t handle shipping well because it is not sturdy at all. The first one I received came cracked in half. It was packaged horribly. Just thrown inside a box with minimal protection. It is ridiculous packaging for a product that feels like balsa wood. I sent it back and took my chance on a second one. I was floored when it arrived whole.I tried to sand off some of the stain so that I could stain it a color that matched my husband’s newly remodeled pilot office but it didn’t sand well and the stain it accepted turned out really blotchy. I was hoping for a vintage look but it turned out pretty mediocre. I left it on the wall because it completes the look of the room really well but it is really of pretty poor quality. The rivets in the center are not uniform spacing but that only shows if you stare at it like it have.

Purchase this to go in my husband's redecorated office. I was a nice compliment to his other decor, world traveler style. He's got lots of compliments and it looks great! It's nice quality for the price. It isn't lacquard, and has a less smooth finish, but it really does look nice!

Super cute made of light wood. However there is only one place to attach and with only one the blade swivels and won’t stay horizontal.Also the bracket to hold the blade is off center as well
