Awesome entry to the world of RC battle tanks
This is my second RC tank and definitely my nicest. This tank comes with a few upgrades not found on the cheaper versions. The motors are more robust than toy grade and the metal tracks should last a lot longer than rubber ones. Yes, they aren't quite as grippy, but they give a more realistic experience driving on mulch and gravel in my opinion. this tank also has the capability to fire gel or 6mm airsoft with enough force to sting. You can turn the function off if desired so that younger children won't be tempted. The batteries took about 2hrs to charge but that might have been because of my .5A charger. they gave about 20 minutes of play each. The remote feels a bit light and plasticky but it's very functional allowing for full turret and barrel control while operating the treads. The engine sounds are pretty neat but can be turned off. The distilled water smoke system works very well and started smoking within seconds of turning it on. The coolest part is that this has an IR blaster and sensor so if you have another IR equipped tank, you can have some fun living room battles. The company also offers upgrade parts to the drivetrain so that you can get a feel for the hobby without going broke. Makes a perfect platform to put an FPV camera on as well!
