So far so good; it’s been a week since I use this product. Feels good on the skin, I think it works well for me.

I had been to the doctor for my ears which were dry and scratchy. She prescribed me some ear drops which worked, but they did nothing for the outside of the ear where it was dry and scratchy. I did some research and found that using a lotion of at least 10% lactic acid would work. I found this set of 4 small bottles and they've been great. I just put a little oon a finger or a cotton swab and gently rub it on my ears. They are convenient and can be thrown in a purse or luggage or even a pocket. Excellent product!

If you use properly it let your skin soft like a baby!
