Worst purchase experience ever
Beware! NOT as described in glossy advert.Noisy mechanism and significant vibration coming through bike. Certainly does not 'replicate' the smooth feel of a road or mountain bike ... unless you bought a knackered second hand heap of rubbish that needed fixing!Saddle cover made of a synthetic textile, definitely NOT leather. The plasticky saddle and handlebar foam have a chemical stink which pervades a room when warm.Arrived very late (took 12 days) and the paint on the main frame was damaged.Customer service from JLL has so far been a diabolical embarrassment to the Marketplace and I am STILL trying to get my money back after THEIR courier finally picked it up from me a week ago - which they've got the audacity to dispute!!! They've badly messed me around over the collection as well as the delivery and on it goes ... for over 5 weeks now. It's a joke, in a sad pathetic, not funny, way.I would urge fellow customers to look elsewhere unless you want to risk ending up in a protracted battle with so-called customer service, who appear to be indulging in puerile vengeful behaviour. (I'm not alone!)

Really happy with this bike
I really like my bike so glad I went with this one..nice heavy sturdy bike and delivery from time of ordering it and choosing express delivery only took 2 days...very very easy to assemble and watching the YouTube video first made it even easier..I'm a 52 year old female and I had it up and running in 20 minutes...by myself....I found when pedaling slow I get a noisy vibration but when I pick up speed it goes away..for me the saddle was OK comfy wise but just to be on the safe side I have my trusted extra gel saddle cover..for me I found the actual pedals a bit brutal but after using them for four days now I have gotten used to them...yes the display as others have said is a bit basic and in miles..I personally have no concept of miles..I'm definetly a km gal but hey ho..I love the genius that thought putting the water bottle down by the left hand front wheel bar was a good idea..who wants to reach down there..not me..stupid stupid stupid idea..resistance is really really good.. a few turns of the resistance knob and I can confirm that I can't turn the fly wheel..locked solid...heard reports that the brake pads can wear out quickly so I will be on the look out for that...I love the position of the handle bars. So much better and easier on the arms than my last bike...this bike I'm hoping will last me a good few years but it does honestly look like its up for the job..yes a really good buy....I'm 169 in height and my seats at one of its lowest levels. So this bike would be OK for someone much taller than me.(not talking giants though)....yes big bike..update..I have noticed for every 55 minutes the timer on the bike computer gains 1 min and 10 seconds..time was compared to two separate things I have been using..wahoo app and the actual training video I was doing..yep discrepancy on the bike timer

Hate winter cycling? Got a garage? Get one of these!
I bought this spin bike because the British winter is horrible to cycle in.I’d been using the spin bikes at my gym but always felt that my lunchtime sessions would be better used doing weight training or punchbag.The bike is pretty heavy and reasonably comfortable to sit on straight from the box. The resistance damper can be a bit noisy and doesn’t have much range (nothing or too much within half a turn). Don’t let that deter you, a few good squirts I’d 3in1 silicone spray make the resistance more usable and virtually silent.So far have done just over 100miles and still loving it.If you want clip in double sided pedal, Cozyroomy do some good ones on Amazon.All in all very good bike for the money and easily as good as the ones st the gym

Robust exercise bike
Bike vcery good arrived in good time and well packaged. Assembly instructions referred to YouTube and website. Instructional video helpful. Assebly straightforward. Construction good, robust and readily adjusted to suit different heights. There is no freewheel which is considered a disadvantage but an emergency stop functions as well. The meter showing pulse, distance, speed etc worked well initially but has broken after only 2 weeks of use.

Noisy but well built beginner bike
IC300 (2018 version). Easy to put together and solid construction. Chain driven so can be quite noisy. I personally didn't like metal pedals as i have to then wear shoes to use the bike.Very straightforward to put together by following a video although 2018 version of bike has sports bottle in a different place (next to flywheel) to 2016 version so video not 100%accurate but this is a minor point. Handlebar most fiddly part to attach but still ok.The bike itself is great for the price. Very heavy and feels robust. Resistance is basic - just turn the knob to increase or decrease. The computer is therefore basic - pulse, time calories and distance - no pre-programmed fitness tests etc as on other types of bike.Saddle very narrow and hard so take time to position this as best for you.I bought this to replace an old Reebok bike and I'm very happy with what I got for the price.Minus 1 star as delivery communication was all over the place. Amazon said that seller would call to arrange - they didn't. I then got an email but the expected delivery date was listed as "none". I then got a "delivery by" email a couple of days later but bike arrived that day. This is a big deal as parcel is 48kg and I wanted to be at home to take receipt but couldn't as i wasn't given a date. Best to phone the company direct to discuss after ordering.**Update after 6 months of use**The noise when in use is awful. It is loud anyway due to chain but it's the resistance wheel which 'whistles' as you are pedalling. The higher the resistance the worse this gets for me. A serious deal-breaker and I wouldn't have bought this now had I known.
