Amazing Water Filter
I bought this water filter for a backpacking trip and absolutely love it! I used it to fill up my water reservoir, and I drink directly from it since it screws on perfectly to a 1l smart water bottle. It can also be used directly from a source of water just like a life straw, it weighs very little o it’s perfect for me! Will Definetely buy from sawyer again!

Drinking water from nature feels amazing. Must have!
Fantastic product. I have used this product to filter mostly rivers and streams but I have used it with ponds and lakes without issue.Perfect for lightweight backpacking. You will need to backwash frequently to keep the flow rate but will eventually need to replace. The larger one will be better for flow rate.Drinking raw water that’s been flowing through the earth is as good as it gets for your hydration. I have multiple copies of this filter in my car and day pack.Be careful to only drink water that’s not running through cities and urban areas. Filters do not filter viruses and pharmaceuticals. In the mountains and wild areas are best. Also great to have for emergencies.

Exactly what I was looking for when camping and needing fresh water!
I purchased 1 Red Filter with Un Plugger Can't wait to put it to good use camping when water supply runs out! Doesn't take up much space at all in camping bag fits in the palm of your hand!

You need this!
Bought these as I was really impressed that they are used in different countries with bad drinking water-Also bought for hiking and just incase of an emergency. East to fit in a backpack or coat pocket- light weight and will process a lot of gallons of water and will last a long time- will buy the bigger version later as well-

Works on Lava-Lamp fluid too. [But don't use it for potable water afterwards.]
I bought this to filter contaminants out of the liquid in a vintage Lava-Lamp. [Not it's intended purpose.] It worked great, no leaks and it pulled all the stuff out I wanted to. Easy to attach a 20 oz. plastic soda/water bottle to the threads. No leaks, and it drained most of the liquid back out. Some probably got absorbed by the filtration fibers inside.

Ok
I can't control how it's made inside. I can only trust that such a famous brand is respectful of people's health. I keep it in my trekking backpack and I'm happy with it. I used it for preventive filtering of microplastics and not in emergencies.

Pure water
Best water filters money can buy! I was drinking water from a creek while hiking to our campsite that was 5 miles in the backcountry. We got too our lake and I used a gravity bag with this filter and it was cake. Tasted like normal bottled water with a hint of pine.
