Good quality item and good communication from the Seller. The item has a couple of nice features alongside the shaped and supportive memory foam 'collar' itself. It is super soft and has an adjustable pull to the neck pillow, so you can have it fitting snugly or open if you feel, the catch has a locating plug that locks itself when you push the catch together - handy as you can't see what you're doing with it being below your chin - a little Pin pushes in to release this. There is even a little pocket on one side of the pillow - I keep the eye mask in there but you could store some small in-ear head[hones for example in there too.Only used it once so far, but it kept my head more or less upright and I nodded off without trouble or discomfort. I have a long haul flight coming up, so will get a proper test out soon, but I reckon this is good value product and I'm happy with my purchase.The Seller has sent timely and appropriate communication, seem really proactive in a world where this is increasingly uncommon. They do a smart travel umbrella too, which on the back of this purchase I might just purchase too - shame I didn't order this time as it looks to be heavy rain where I'm heading!

I've tried a few travel pillows in the past, including some of the more novel designs which turned out to be a pain in the neck (pun intended..)This one has been the best by far! I bought it for recent trip to Hong Kong, so it was put through its paces (13 hour flights).It's simple to use, feels very high quality and is super comfy. Some memory foams feel more like foam, there's no doubt this is made from top quality memory foam, it incredibly soft yet supportive. There's a toggle at the front which you clip together, then you can pull the drawstrings tight to keep the pillow secured around your neck. This stops it slipping out of position and holds your neck in a comfy position. I was able to sleep like this for hours without any problems. One thing I found is you will need to move your headrest to the top position, this allows the pillow to slip beneath it so it doesn't push your head forward.The added carry case with a sleep mask and ear plugs is a very nice touch. This was my first time using a sleepmask on a flight, I didn't know what I was missing! Makes huge difference. I didn't use the earplugs because I have noise cancelling headphones, which I was able to still comfortably use whilst still using this pillow. I strongly recommend you stop searching and buy this one!

Really pleased with the amazing quality of this pillow, and it comes with a useful carry case. The material feels so soft, and it’s really comfortable; the design provides good neck support for travelling, and I also use mine when I’m sat at my desk working from home too. Highly recommend this pillow, you won’t be disappointed.

Did it aid my sleep? Yes it did but only for so long.I found it had a lot of support but it made me quite hot. It is very comfortable but I still found myself waking with a slightly sore neck, I know economy seats are the comfortable ones but I expected a little more comfort from this.It's a little awkward to give a good review as each person sleeps differently.I don't think I will replace this unless I loose it, I don't think anything else of this design will be anymore comfortable for me. Maybe next time I will try something a little more unconventional (and probably 3x the price).

The Ergonomad Travel Pillow is without a doubt the best travel pillow I have ever owned, I travel a lot long haul and just wish i had discovered this before! Just done 2 x 13 hour flights with this pillow and it was superb, fantastic neck support and it doubles as a seat cushion on uncomfortable bus seats as well.None of that squeaking you get with blow up pillows, the velour cover was pleasant against the skin.I really like the phone pocket my iPhone slipped in easily no fear of it being crushed and breaking the screen in my pocket, noise cancelling headphones completed the setup.If there is any negative it takes up more space than my old one but the handy travel bag it came in clips easily to my backpack so they even though of that.

Too big for me but kept.For a larger person . I'm 5,3" . May need a child's size.

Took this with me on my pilgrimage. Used it in the plane and also on the long coach journeys.. and I have to say it was well worth every penny. I slept so comfortably for hours each time. Only once did I forget to keep it with me in the coach and my head ended up flopping everywhere so I made doubly sure it stayed with me after that! It comes with its own little bag and isn’t the smallest thing to pack but is well worth the extra room it takes in your bag!Seriously, there are so many travel pillows on the high street, but this memory foam one is amazing and did the job- even in temperatures over 50 degrees! ( I was expecting the foam to make me hot but it didn’t )

I did a lot of research for a neck support pillow to assist me when I came out from surgery and this pillow had brilliant reviews so I decided to purchase it. I think the pillow is super comfortable the velvet cover is very soft I’ve been able to sleep really comfortably with it and I would highly recommend it. This comes with pads for your eyes it comes with earplugs as well and it comes in a lovely pouch you can store it away in which is a lovely finishing touch. I would highly recommend this seller they’ve sent me many emails checking that I’m happy with my purchase if I have any questions or if there’s anything I can do to assist me so if you are looking for a support pillow I would recommend this one.

Ein sehr schön weiches toll verarbeitetes Nackenhörnchen. Es schmiegt sich weich an den Hals und ohne (!) störende Nähte an den Hals an. Meine letzten haben immer etwas gedrückt, insbesondere wenn die Lehne sehr gerade war. Dieses passt sich sehr schön durch den Memoryschaum an den Körper an. Die Form ist auch ergonomisch angepasst und nicht einfach "dick und rund", was mich bei den aufblasbaren Exemplaren immer etwas gestört hat. Das Nackenhörnchen ist sogar waschbar. An dem Hörnchen befindet sich noch eine praktische einstellbare Kordel zum aufhängen oder "zuziehen". Mit der Bestellung kommt noch eine schöne Schlafbrille und eine Schachtel mit 6 Ohrenstöpseln. Bei meinem gestrigen Flug konnte ich sie gleich einsetzen, die Leute hinter mir haben wirklich laut geredet und ich war müde. Sie drücken nicht im Ohr.Das Ganze wird noch in einem zuziehbarem Beutel geliefert, was das Hörnchen gut vor Verschmutzung schützt.1 A Hörnchen, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.
