Ordered this upgrade kit for my son's Oryxearth 105cc minibike before Christmas in Dec. 2025. The one I got no longer uses Allen socket head screws to attach the header to the engine. It came with regular cap screws where you can use an 8mm wrench from the side to tighten them. This improves assembly because there is no longer a problem tightening the inside bolt with a regular size Allen hex key. I appreciate the design with the header running inside the frame and well away from the legs. It gets very hot and will burn you if any part of your body comes in contact with it. Performance and sound is great! It is not too loud at idle, but gets loud in a good way at full throttle! It also helps performance, as long as you also do the Stage 2 carburetor mod that removes the engine governor. With the stock carb and governor still in place, there is no top speed improvement (24 mph on Oryxearth 105cc minibike) because you are still being limited by the governor. Together with the new carburetor and disabling the governor, the minibike gets to a solid 35 mph, which is a 46% increase in speed!

Confirmed fit for Coleman B100. Tried 1 other that was listed for the B100 and wasn't even close. This one fits but does make contact with the frame near the tip. Not a huge deal at all. Can be fixed with a grinder if it causes issues. Sounds ok. Installed with a intake kit and noticed a large bump in power with the intake and even more with the header. Would advice to up the jets 1 size if doing both. Has a slight chop to idle with factory jets and a little at the top end. Clocked 29mph as it is which is a nice bump from 20mph we had gotten stock. I suspect with proper jets a intake and this header could have the bike in the 32-35mph range with a skinny 13 year old on it.

Did not fit my coleman B100 like it says it will, nice exaust otherwise plan to keep it for next build
