How do i eat it!! do i have to sprout it- is it allready sprouted? do i warm it? it doesn’t look like it’s sprouted?
This does not look sprouted in the picture. Is it sprouted and ready to eat or is it to make sprouted buckwheat yourself, i.e., raw and unprocessed.?
could u make this into flour
can i cook or warm these groats without destroying nutritional content?

Excellent as a Gluten free crunch on top of yogurt/ kefirAlso adds a little crunch when added to pank crumbs to sprinkle on mac and cheeseThey taste great when mixed with agave syrup or caramel (if your that naughty!) and once cooled down... break into peices and enjoy your popcorn substituteI also add some on top of my soups for that little crunchThis is a great tasting and super healthy product I will be buying monthly

I love this with yoghurt and fruit, adds a bit of crunch.
Sprouted buckwheat can be consumed straight from the bag. Sprinkle on porridge or salad. Also perfect for adding texture to raw cakes, bakes and crackers
