Since covid, I have taken to cutting my husband's hair at home more than usual, and this kit makes him feel like he is at a barber.. if only I could also live up to such a Feeling! LOL these brushes are very well made and are exactly what he expects from the many barber shops he has been at. We use one to wipe away as much hair as possible, and the other to use baby powder to get the rest off and soothe his skin. They are nice and soft yet sturdy, and they feel much more expensive than they are. This would make a great gift for the man in your life who is a bit particular about his Barber, even if it is you! LOL

I got these barber brushes because I have an autistic child who is VERY sensitive to the shaved and cut hairs on his neck and ears. I've tried other brushes, including big makeup brushes, in the past and nothing seems to satisfy his avoidance of the itchy hair sensation. However, these brushes did the trick. They are soft and big so they don't complicate the itchy problem but they also move a lot of hair very quickly so my child can manage the sensations more easily. I took one star off because the plastic handle feels a little cheap, but I can't claim any issues with it so far.

I have fond memories of getting pampered by expert barbers. I paid attention to what they were doing and learned a few of their tricks. I had another fantastic barber up until about a dozen years ago. Then she died and I decided to try to start cutting my own hair. So I did. I have saved a lot of money by cutting my own hair.I have not been back to the barber since. I'm pleased with my own barbering. I frequently get compliments like "who cuts your hair, it looks great !?" I usually tell them that is my secret and move the conversation right along.The one thing I had been missing and desiring were brushes like these to sweep away those annoying hair particles that remained on the back of my neck after I had clipped and razored it. They can be itchy and that's about the only annoyance I have about my own barber work. I usually took a slightly moist towel and swished it back and forth across the back of my neck but now that I have these nifty brushes I can whisk the cut hair off my neck and feel slightly professional about my methods. Whisk away that hair! I have stopped fooling with itchy follicles.These brushes are exactly what I needed. They are effective and I could not be happier with them. Now if I could just figure out a way to replicate the shaves I used to get from a barber named Jack. He would put a hot steamy towel over my face to soften up my beard. That was heavenly. I really do miss that guy!

Great value, you get 2 large brushes and one small brush, soft long bristles, good size handle, great for sweeping up hair clippings, small brush great for grooming mustache and beard. Only thing I did not like was hallo handle, has no weight and end pops off easily revealing hallo handle, good for storage? Anyway, they work as described, great value.

These are pretty basic hair dusting brushes for after a haircut to get the tiny hairs off of your client's neck. The handles are plastic with a silver detail. They are not exceptional in quality, but they are masculine in appearance (as opposed to my big fluffy purple brush...LOL) and would work on any hair station. You get two in this order, plus a small brush. I would call this a nail brush, or it could be used for quick cleaning your clippers as well.It's always good to have more than one brush for sanitation purposes, suppose you drop one while working with your client and need to finish the job, just pull out the 2nd one and keep on going. Sanitize after.They arrived quickly and are accurately described by the seller.

i’m so happy to have discovered these brushes. I cut my kids hair with clippers at home, and there’s always a mess of short clippings around their collars and necks. I do have one of those softer brushes, and that works well enough. But these just work better. The bristles are a little bit more stiff than that other brush, and thus does a better job at brushing off the short clippings. I also like that these brushes don’t hold onto the clippings as much as that other soft brush I have. These are great tools to have for anyone that cuts hair, especially if you use a clipper. The small brush can be used to either brush off the clippers, the Clipper combs, or use to even just brush under your nail beds (It’s essentially the same as my nail brush).

The bristles are kind of soft, but they should be able to brush some leftover hair. It comes with a smaller brush, too. The price is unbeatable.
