works great
Works as expected. Its only for making android auto wireless but wifi and bluetooth are necessary to make it work

Parasitic Drain
Don't leave it plugged in. I left it plugged in and it temporarily drained my battery to the point where my push button didn't wanna start until 15 minutes later (after the dongle was unplugged).

works great
connection was super easy: connect to car USB, find and connect to device via Wi-Fi then allow BT pairing request. note that it might request a pw which is 12345678. android auto/ car play should start setting up on your car screen. been using it for 3 weeks now without major issues. it did have a blip last week when it completely lost pair with my phone and i had to re pair it. however, android auto is so half baked, i'm not sure that the adapter is to blame. note that if your car doesn't turn off the USB plug when ignition is off, the adapter will continue broadcasting and drawing power. this might lead to battery drain over time. my car is one of these, so i unplug it after every drive. i also love that it's not much bigger than a standard USB stick and has no extra wires. i think it's a steal for the price

Works Like a Charm!
I have had this wireless Android Auto Adapter for about two weeks now and it is working great. Better than expected actually. I'm using it in my 2017 VW Beetle and the phone is a Samsung S24 Ultra. It was simple to pair the device with the phone - same process as with any other Bluetooth device. Plug the adapter into the car and viola! Now I have Android Auto up and running every time I get in the car. No wire to fuss around with. Before I got this device I would only connect the wire when I really needed to. Now when I get into the car and start it up Android Auto comes on automatically all by itself. The Maps or Waze screen is turned on automatically (whichever you used last) and if I was listening to a podcast the podcast automatically resumes from the car's stereo system. Brilliant! I love this! My car just took a giant leap forward in technology. I hope it lasts. Only time will tell, but as of now I totally love this thing.

Works, compact!
CONS: None.PROS: Compact.Additional Thoughts: I really like how this is compact and doesn't use a dongle to attach to my 2021 Camry LE Hybrid. So far, I have only used this on short trips in town but it has worked well. I do have long trips planned soon and will update this review after the trip. After initial setup, I only show a WiFi connection to this device. I have worn my smart watch around this while turning on my car and my phone has no issues connecting to this. I also turned my phone hot spot on and still had no issue connecting to this device. All Android Auto functions are working so far.UPDATE: I took this on a 500+ mile trip and was very happy with its performance. In the last hour of the drive to the destination, it seemed like this device rebooted. I lost android auto connectivity and maybe 5-10 seconds later, my phone reconnected and everything (music, map) continued where it left off. I am not sure how long the device was on at that time because I did stop several times on the way. On the return trip, the device performed flawlessly and the longest duration that the device was on was 6 hours.LovingTheRetiredLife
