I love this lock. I use it on my garage/shop, and I am just now recharging it for the first time (after owning it for 11 months.) I probably only lock/unlock it 2-4 times a week, but recharging once every year or so, is awesome. And it’s USB-C instead of some goofy proprietary cable that you’ll lose cause you don’t need it often. The app is easy to use, intuitive, from what I remember. I honestly haven’t even had to open it since I first set up the lock. The fact that a physical backup key exists is great. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly, I have never had a problem with it, even when my hands are pretty dirty from working on a car or something, it instantly clicks and unlocks on my finger. The lock itself is hefty, and feels as strong or stronger than a comparable MasterLock. I have a different fingerprint lock (purchased around the same time) that is a little less expensive, but it feels cheap and the shackle is super thin. The neoprene cover that it comes with is a really nice touch too, and it has a little plug built in for the USB-C port to keep dirt and water out. I honestly don’t leave a lot of Amazon reviews, but Prezlock nailed it with this lock. It is exactly what you’d want, easy to setup, easy to use, reliable, and built solid. Worth the $80 for sure.

Awesome lock! Set up was so easy and I haven't had any issues unlocking it since using it.

The padlock was not very good at all. The programming was bad. We were unable to install it on an iPhone; it refused to recognize fingerprints. It was able to do this on Android, but unlike Windows Hello or Android fingerprint, this one just registers one-time print, so it's not reliable at all.

Really like this lock. Was hoping that I could open it remotely. Ah well.

Quality product

Love being able to not have to carry keys around or worry if locking someone out. It’s also quicker to open them thimbling with trying to get keys inserted and turned. Now can just open one handed. The lock itself is great and sturdy and solid. Took my in-laws awhile to input their prints but now they are getting a hang of it. Fingerprint reader works well and no one has had to result to any other method of opening. The only downside is that the iPhone app doesn’t show the lock battery like the android app, which is a bit annoying, but could be easily fixed with an update.

Replaced a number of old combo locks which were starting to give up with these, absolutely fantastic product. I have four in total, easy to set up and register multiple people (for example my wife and son can also now open the shed!) - really good product.

Kids were messing with the lockers at school so we ordered one of these... absolutely brilliant little thing. Works a treat!
