I am a big fan
I am a big fan of these over-the-ear ear buds. They are so easy to use. I have only used wired over-the-ear earphones before. These are comfortable. I like that the case holds a charge so you can charge them up while storing them and then charge the case with them as needed. I especially like that I can walk away from my phone (the only thing I have paired them with so far) for quite a distance (20+ feet) before losing connection. I also love that I could just lightly tap one ear bud to pause the music or YouTube video I was listening to in order to hear my family member talk to me and then tap it again to resume play. I highly recommend these ear buds.

Glitchy Bluetooth connection
The left earbud would not connect to Bluetooth on the first pair I ordered. I returned it for a replacement and the second pair has worked well. I wore them for eight hours yesterday while I was working outside. They fit comfortably and never bothered my ears after eight hours. I don’t know how long the charge would last but eight hours seems like a long time. Although the Bluetooth connection on my replacement pair worked much better, the range is still pretty short. I carried my phone in my pocket all day. If I would set it down and walk away, I could only get 20 or 30 feet away before I lost a connection. These turn on immediately upon removing them from the case. The first time you do so, it immediately enters pairing mode. The case shows you how much charge it has left. I like almost everything about these with the exception of the glitchy Bluetooth connection

works for my needs
These fit comfortably over the ears and feel secure if you're using them while moving around - exercising or working. I'm using them while out on my deck so the neighbors aren't bothered with my music or youtube videos and they are great for this. They aren't completely soundproof so others around you get some idea of what you're listening to but that certainly isn't a problem for my use. I like how easily they charge and they seem to hold a charge much longer than I've ever needed. I haven't had to charge them often. Great sound quality. Easy tap functions once you get use to using it.

Lacks bass sound and not that comfortable
Wow Hulaed open ear earbud sound quality is much better than expected. Pairing the 'Q32' Bluetooth device was pretty straightforward. Placing the nonadjustable ear loops over my ears was simple. The loops are rather thick and stiff and not the most comfortable loops. The earbuds provide great bright crisp treble tones. However I can't say the same for the bass sound. There's not much low volume floor thumping notes. At most I hear some thuds. Stereo sound effects between ears are very good with great separation. Sound seem to travel from one ear to the next. Or only out of one ear and I'm thinking someone's behind me tapping on the wall.By no means are these the most comfortable earbuds. I have in-ear buds that are more comfortable. The open ear drivers are larger and sit right outside of the ears. This design causes some pressure outside my ears behind my temples. I can't wear these as long as my other in-ear buds. There's too much weight in these buds hanging in front of my ears without much structural support to distribute the weight. Perhaps changing the angle or lightening this would be more comfortable for me.I also really dislike the case. I can't keep the cover open. I lift the cover gently and it still falls back shut. It won't stay open to let me take the earbuds out or in. Any slight movement shifts the weight balance of the cover and it slams close. The completely radiused edges and the slim design makes the case slip out of my hands very easily. Very unstable case for my hands.

Super easy to connect and good sound!
I really liked how easy it was to connect to my iPhone. Once paired it started playing audio immediately. The sound is very good with good clarity and bass response. I haven't listened to it enough yet (just a few hours) to deplete the battery but so far it seems to last a good long while. I'm still getting used to the hook design as my other one are in the ear type. I can see an advantage for both so I think it depends on your use as to which style to get. For active wear, probably this is best as they won't fall out as easily as in ear only will. However, for lying in bed watching a movie, I prefer in ear only as it can get a little uncomfortable with you head down on one side. Choose the style based on your use and you'll be fine! Either way, these are good earbuds!

open ear design is great for some activities but not others, no physical control buttons
I got this product for free, the following is my honest and unbiased review.I got these Bluetooth earbuds as a backup. They are "open" meaning that they do not have ear cushions, and so do not "seal" into your ears. This means that you are not isolated, and allows external sounds to be heard. (It also means that your music can be heard by others.)These earbuds are great for situations where you need to hear external sounds, or when your music "leaking" out is not objectionable. For example, walking, jogging, running, working out, doing household chores. However these earbuds are not suitable when you want/need isolation: on an airplane, on a bus, in an office environment.Having said all that: these earbuds paired easily with my phone and they sound pretty good as well. I found the single touchpad "buttons" with their multiple tap commands to be somewhat hard to use, and I sometimes inadvertently "controlled" something when moving/adjusting the earbuds.I like the case for these earbuds, they have a USB-C charging interface and a display that indicates charge status. And the case has a small internal battery to allow charging of the earbuds, even if the case is not connected to a power source. All in all, a very nice set of earbuds -IF- you can get used to the controls, and don't want/need sound isolation.
