I still haven't gotten around to finishing this
I bought this upon recommendation from a professional. It's a decent overview of different types and sub-types of procrastinators interspersed witha smattering of the author's own experiences and observations. Book "cures" are hyperbole as far as I'm concerned. A good read, but might be better if paired with a workbook/journal

Aufguss
