Good Tasting Coffee-Can't Taste the Infusion
When I grabbed this to review, I did so hastily and didn't see that it was infused with mushrooms. I have had several mushroom infused coffees in the past, and the vast majority were awful and had a twang of earthy scent that ruined the coffee flavor. So I went into brewing this with negative expectations.To my surprise, Sollo really pulled this infusion off well. There are no off flavors. It just tastes like good robust and smooth flavored coffee. Even my wife liked it, which is even more remarkable, because she's even more grossed out by mushroom infusions than me. If you are looking for a mushroom infused coffee with a good flavor, this is the one. Highly recommended.
