Good product

Solid magnesium option that does its job
I’ve been using Viridian’s High Potency Magnesium for a few weeks now, and overall, I’ve found it to be a solid supplement. I decided to try it out mostly to help with tiredness and fatigue, and I've noticed some improvement in my energy levels, especially during the afternoons when I usually hit that slump. The fact that it’s vegan and has no artificial fillers is a huge plus for me. It feels good to know I’m putting something clean into my body. I’m not a big fan of swallowing pills, but these capsules are fairly easy to take. There’s no weird aftertaste or anything, which is nice. On the downside, I did experience some mild stomach discomfort initially. It wasn’t terrible, but I think it’s worth mentioning. I figured it was just my body adjusting, and it did get better after a few days, so maybe it’s something others might experience too. Also, the dosage is a bit on the higher side for magnesium, so if you’re sensitive to it, you might want to start off with a lower dose. In summary, I’m pretty satisfied with this magnesium supplement. It seems to do what it claims, and I appreciate the ethical sourcing and clean formulation. Just be mindful if you have a sensitive stomach, and you should be good to go.

Perfect results, highly recommended
I have been suffering from night time chronic leg cramps for a while, male 60. Narrowed it down by many trials and errors to a deficiency in magnesium. Tried others from Amazon but was always worried about the high dosage, tried these, taking just one 300mg tablet about 9 o’clock every night and perfect no leg cramps and taking under the recommended dosage. Works for me very happy

This product is a magnesium capsule daily supplement . It is used for people who don’t eat green veg, or have restless leg syndrome. It is very effective in maintaining muscle health in the body. However, taking too much can be hazardous if you are taking other medications to help do what magnesium does! Always check with your doctor. I found it helpful.
