This car tent is very easy to get set up. I love the dark blue color. It is very pretty looking. The material is heavy duty and I have had no leaks from rainy weather. The awning comes out nicely and is a good size. It can store away easily into a smaller compact size when you’re done using it.

This added some much needed extra space when camping. For me it acts as a nice little living area for changing and resting plus the awning is great!

I don’t have a hatchback vehicle but I knew I would one day so I got this in anticipation of that day. In the meantime I can simply pull down and close up the backside and use it as a sleeping tent with a canopy, a freestanding tailgate popup, or a covered beach/river/lake hangout space. Really pleased with this car tent. I've used it now with a car and without a car, and I was very pleased with its performance either way. Plenty of room to walk around. Easy to set up. And it made our outing to go see the Autumn leaves so much nicer. Super glad we got it. It's going to see a lot of use, I can tell already.

This is a 4 person camping tent that can be attached to the back of my SUV. Waterproof and roomy. The setup was not quite as easy as I thought it would be because the instructions were only pictures & it was almost impossible to see some details in them so it made them confusing. Also the fabric used was very thin and in time being around kids and animals did not hold up well. The functionality was there but the value for the money was not.

Let's be honest - the most valuable aspect of this tent is the ability to leave the hatch open, and keep bugs out. It doesn't really even need to be waterproof - I'm going to be sleeping in a seat, the hatch raised will keep most water out (it'll get humid and misty, but we'll survive) - but the bugs have to be dealt with. My alternative is one of those magnetic screens for the sunroof, and that's great - as long as the weather cooperates.This tent fits the bill perfectly. In terms of functionality, quality, and cost ($165), it's the most bang for the buck I've seen.
