The eyes have it!
I have been using this product for years - I suffer with dry eyes so always have a little bottle beside my bed and another in my handbag.Their original bottles were easy to use, just break the seal to open and ready to use. The new design means you have to pierce the opening with the lid, which I find impossible with my arthritic hands. Last time I had to resort to using a pin to make a hole - not ideal for a sterile productI still think the product first rate - if you can open it up!
