My right ear was really blocked and this along with an ear cleaning kit got that big wax blockage out and now hearing great. I definitely recommend this product. May need to keep in ear 45-60 mins to soften wax. It works!

These ear drops definitely work and are as previous reviewers noted more effective then typical over the counter drops such as Debrox. I have dealt with ear wax congestion over the years, mostly in my left ear. I used to run, knee issues prevent that routine anymore, and the impact and body heat generated by running always allowed the wax to find its way out of my ears. My left ear was recently severely impacted with build-up, I repeatedly tried Debrox, leaving the drops in for varying time increments then flushing them with warm water using a bulb syringe with no results. I ordered Earwax MD after reading some excellent informative reviews and they were delivered through Amazon Prime on Labor Day, which shocked me, I didn't think anything was delivered on Labor Day. The drops did not work at all after my first application, I followed the instructions, 15 min then flushing with warm water. I was resigned to making an appointment with my physician and paying around $140 for wax removal, my insurance like most plans these days has a substantial deductible. But I kept after it, applying the drops for varying increments, laying on my side between 15-60 min and by Tues night my hearing was drastically improved. Now it's Wed and I'm approaching 100% recovery in my left ear. I didn't have a wax epiphany, giant chunks didn't fall out of my ear, it took several applications and the wax slowly worked it's way out. So, the take away is the drops are effective but be patient, it might take repeated doses before they work depending on your specific condition. Shout out to Amazon Prime for delivering on a holiday!

I experienced Vertigo a 2nd time in my life. I got over it 1st time on my own but the 2nd time, lasted a month and I was desperate for any help. And there really isn’t any immediate help. I thought rinsing and gentle flushing aides were key. So try if you’d like. It didn’t work on Vertigo. That’s all.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to after giving these ear wax removal drops a try. Long story short - it works BUT you have to be patient. My right ear was almost entirely impacted and I couldn’t hear out of it for at least 10 days. I did 7 sessions(!) where I applied these drops and waited 40+ minutes and used an electric ear wash unit and after 7(!) tries the was was FINALLY dislodged from my ear. Worth the time, money, and effort AND kept me from going to the ENT doc.

Buyer Beware! Do Not Use This Product! We were using an ear wax removal tool kit and having great success and then decided to use these drops with it and that’s when it all went bad. It turns the wax into a liquid mess that slides further into the canal and then it hardens like cement. It completely closed off the eardrum and made it impossible to hear. And it changes the properties of the ear wax making it no longer possible to stick to the tools to be removed. It was a terrible experience that took hours of separate, painful removal sessions. I do not recommend this product to anyone!

Really worked! Had to do a couple rounds and then continuous warm water being sprayed in the ear but the earwax fell right out! Worth it! Super easy
