Reasonably priced product
I routinely take cinnamon capsules and this brand is reasonably priced. I recommend this product.

Good product but expect broken ones
I have a gastric sleeve, so I take these just prior to eating or my wee tummy burns like crazy! (I take 2 caps/tog per day) I also do not lie down or reflux kicks in. Now this is me & my tiny little sleeve (about the size of a smallish medium size banana & yes, it does work, I have eliminated over 100lbs with about 60-70 to go). My biggest complaint with these capsules is that during shipment (and it’s happened with EVERY SINGLE BOTTLE I’VE ORDERED) they are jolted about so much, I’ve had no less than half a dozen broken capsules per bottle. Which may not seem like a lot to most, but when you’re on a fixed income, it adds up!
