Changed Basic Camping to Luxury Sleeping
This foam, 4" thick full size, was purchased to go over a camping cot. I had a plush futon cover that I cut the foam to fit using an electric knife. The foam is used in tent for sleeping when it's too hot to sleep indoors.Once the foam was in place found I looked forward to going to bed! This made the tent sleeping quite luxurious! The cot I placed this over had a center support bar and the foam provides a lot of cushion that the bar is barely noticeable.I didn't want the memory foam as it's heavier and wanted a foam that springs back its shape. While this is definitely lighter than memory foam, it's still fairly heavy for a small 50-ish woman to carry. If you had straps to keep it rolled up as well as something easier to grab onto, this would likely make quite a difference though. If I were using for any application where moving it fairly regularly (say car camping for a few nites) unless you're buff or bringing along a buff companion would opt for a lighter 2 or 3" pad. For my need, this worked perfect... my setup goes up in late spring and is up through early fall.

This is NOT a mattress it's a sheet of 4" foam.
This is not a mattress it is a it is a sheet of 4" foam. As others have said, it's hard! I mean really hard! I cut mine down or I would have returned it. I have no idea if I am going to be able to sleep on it. It's like laying on a sheet of plywood. If you are trying to make some seats for an RV booth or something like that this might be your ticket. But! If you are looking for a comfortable nights sleep on a firm but comfy "mattress" you should probably look for something else. Now I have to try and find something else. I'm thinking this is something you have to do in person since so many of the five star reviews are paid for, you simply can't depend on them to make an informed decision.Mean while I just spent $100 bucks with nothing to show for it! Guess how peeved I am!

Multiple OHs on the first night! Fits in place of corner cut full RV mattress!
I’m impressed that it is almost the right RV full size and I may not even need to cut the one corner off. It’s firm for sure, but that felt great on the first night rest. I use RV full time, and my partner and I gave it a good test on the first night. It performed!

Easy to cut
I bought this for my van conversion, so I needed it cut up into a few sections because the bench seat turns into a bed. Using the biggest kitchen knife in the block, I sliced through this foam cake with easy in several strokes. It worked out perfectly. Now, I haven't spent a night on it so I can't speak to breathability yet but I will tell you that it is very comfortable, firm but not a plank of wood. Just right.

It was east to cut to the perfect size. I tried to order custom on another website & it was double the price

Works well in my hybrid camper
I purchased this to replace a grungy mattress in my used camping trailer. The camper has fold up ends. I used this double mattress in one end. It works well and is comfy to sleep on. I have just returned from a 3 week trip with no complaints and the mattress is holding up just fine. I'll probably buy a second one for the other end come spring.

Bulky, but worth it.
Bought it to sleep out of the bed of a truck on solo trips, but used it in a tent recently. Way better than my old blow up bed roll and was comfortable all night. Kids ended up bumping me back to my old blow up bed roll because they liked sleeping on it so much.
