I have been a long time purchaser of Epsom Salts, and was excited to learn of Magnesium Flakes that are supposedly better absorbed by the body in a bath. I have purchased from a few different vendors on Amazon, and while impossible to verify if these are actually imported from the Dead Sea or not (most on Amazon aren't), they seem to be of the same quality across the board, so price comparisons are the main differentiator for me. This was my second purchase from this brand.The value proposition is strong with these for the price. Also, something that is very important for me, as I have purchased countless products that come in resealable pouches, is that the seal tab works on this flawlessly, and because of the thinness of the plastic bag, it's easy to open and re-seal by just using the flaps on top. It doesn't matter how good the product is if the stupid seal doesn't seal shut, or if it is almost impossible to open from just the top flaps, where you have to reach further down and grab both sides of the bag to get it open again.

My skin feels softer. I hope it helps my body gain the magnesium it needs.And i believe it promotes restful sleep.

I like these magnesium flakes, but it was sent without the magnesium cream. I noticed many reviews stating they did not receive the magnesium cream as well. Just a warning that this company is not providing what is stated in the description.

I purchased these Magnesium Bath Flakes in hopes it would ease my leg pain, and l was surprisingly shocked to find that it did! I'd been using Epsom Salts, but after trying the Magnesium, I'm a believer and a convert.The bonus cream has a lovely scent, and I've been using it on my feet at night to help with my Peripheral neuropathy.
