Sturdy. Handle segment need to be screwed into each other. Looks nice too just like the photo. Rubber strip on the front of the shovel allows all dirt to be collected.

This dust pan out did my expectations. It is spacious, easy to use and very well made. I expect it would work great for floors as well. The rubber edge is a bonus addition to to the design. The price is exceptional for the dust pan.I have tried many in my search for a decent pan but this is is far better. I use it as a pooper scooper for my three dogs, including a Great Dane. I am very pleased with this one and it does hold weight better than the many i have tried. Many commercial products don't compare to this. Due to the superior performance, I fully recommend this scooper whatever your needs.

It's strong and works great for the outside

I got this standing dust pan to go with fine dust brooms; I am starting to bake sourdough & other pre-fermented breads. Flour, Rice Floor & general dust & dirt. This pan holds to the floor like a champ & it's very light weight you can get every bit of sweeping pile into it. Not necessarily on the first try but nothings left by the 3 pass.The taller then normal handle is very nice it allows you very grip without bending down. I am 5'7"nearly 5'8" but my house cleaners are petite 5' & 5' 2" respectfully. All of us like the new dust pan.The shiner style is a nice addition & I don't mind it being out to get those quick spills or clean up between kneading dough. The brush works for hair stuck in the broom.

What was expected. Handle slides together and stays together. Used for cleaning up yard from dogs mess and works good. Only draw back pan itself, a bigger pan would be more ideal for my intended use.
