Saves my fingers from cuts
This is really good, breaks the ampules nice and cleanly (have used with both Pascoe and Panpharma B12) - well worth the money despite it being expensive. I'm guessing that the reviewers who've had problems with it not breaking the ampules cleanly aren't lining up the dot on the bottom with the dot on the vial.

Finger saver
Brilliant gadget. Smart, strong, easy to use. Slip it on, snap the ampoule top off, press the plunger to expel the top. Much more sturdy than my previous plastic ampoule openers

Useful tool.
This ampoule cutter works OK, considering that it’s made from plastic , but the metal one is far superior .

Brilliant piece of kit!
Having developed arthritic fingers , I have been really struggling to open ampoules. I am a District Nurse . This little beauty makes easy work of any size of ampoule . Fast , efficient no cut fingers!! 100% recommend

Ok for a while
Worked well for a couple of months, then didn't snap properly and ended up with broken glass inside and had to throw it

Easy to use
I was nervous about opening glass ampoules (I have a lightbulb phobia from a childhood incident). This gadget has removed my fear of touching broken glass. Highly recommended.
