Lovely to sprinkle on yoghurts
I used to sprinkle in my yoghurt but can be used with porridge too I’m sure sweet crunchy pleasant taste with lots of good vitamins.

GOOD!
An excellent product. Can't keep the spoon out of my mouth. It takes several months for a supplement to show results, especially when taken with other products, but I'm sure, for now, this keeps me fit just by increasing my trips to the cupboard. I will re-order.

I love the taste - it's not too sweet and it's great to sprinkle on top of yoghurt and fruit as a healthy desert or breakfast. All natural and organic goodness.
