Favourite purchase of the year so far!!
After getting a pinched nerve in my neck, I bought this roller to massage and reposition my back a couple of times a day. It took two days to get used to it, and I now find it the most comfortable way to sit, stand or lie down. I wish I'd bought and used this before getting the pinched nerve. There are lots of videos on YouTube showing how to use it. I'm not a doctor or physio, and the roller worked for me. Whether it works for you or makes things worse for you - speak to a real professional first.

Very happy with this. Had a less firm roller before for several years; it became a bit 'squashed'. This one is much better - nice and firm, and doesn't feel like it will ever get compressed or wear out. Been using it for a number months now - all good.

Produto bem resistente e bonito. Na minha opinião seria mais útil se fosse uns 15cm mais longo para poder manipulá-lo no curso da aplicação. Perfeito para liberação miofascial e "colocar" a coluna no lugar.
