Read this for my Solution to the Plate Twisting Loose Problem
The Morjava QR-60 is identical, although at twice the price (as of this writing).Up until now, I had been using one of those 90* bent metal plates that has a double-ended screw that is turned by this big plastic doorknob; the kind that comes with most shoulder slings. This big ungainly wicked-looking piece was always hanging up in our various camera bags, threatening to snag a hole. This Cavix QR60 is a much neater alternative and also clamps right onto the tripod without the need to mount an adapter onto the old bracket. This will always live on my camera and my camera will therefore be always ready to attach to a tripod.I got two of these and intend to buy a few more. This is a really good idea that could have been a great idea. The plate fits all of our Arca Swiss clamps perfectly. The included plate screw is very nice in that it is a wee bit longer than most, with a shaft length of 0.390" (9.906mm)With that being said, for serious Canon DSLRs, the screw could stand to be about two full threads longer.I really like the three possible means of securing the screw.1. Dee-ring Wing2. Hex socket head (an included Allen wrench would have been nice)3. Wide thick screw-driver slotI tried a dime, a penny, a 1979 nickel, and a quarter and all fit the screw-slot good enough to work in an emergency. The quarter does not interfere with the walls of the plate's cavity when the screw is at either end of the slot.I had intended to round up a short-handled screwdriver that had a blade wide and thick enough to fill the slot; not an easy order to fill.Instead, I filed the round edge of a quarter until it was flat for the full width of the screw's slot.I then drilled a hole in the quarter and put it on a lanyard so as to better keep up with it's whereabouts.Yes, I know an Allen wrench is a far superior tool for the job; but, I will have this as a back-up plan should the Allen wrench fall through the cracks and become missing in action. The Dee-ring is pinned onto the outer circumference of the screw head; it would be better if it were the style where the Dee-ring folds into a recess and is no wider than the screw head.As it is, you cannot get full use of the plate's adjustment slots due to interference of the external Dee-ring.This plate has no provision for safety pins that prevent the plate sliding out of the clamp when it is just barely loosened.Be aware of this safety pin absence as a nice camera could hit the blacktop. The foldover loop has four positions controlled by spring-loaded detents; however, a standard size DSLR is heavy enough to over-ride the detents. It would be nice if the detents were strong enough to retain position as the best position for sling carry is the fourth and final position that places the pull of the strap directly over the mount screw.I may yet fabricate a detachable retainer that will lock the sling loop in that position.Okay, in these and also the identical Morjave QR-60 reviews, quite a bit of grief is expressed over the fact that a strap connected to the swing-out loop can torque the plate and cause the plate to loosen and spin around.I did a little modification to prevent the plate ever turning.I used a center-finding punch to locate and drill a #35 hole through the plate, dead center of the swing-out loop.I tapped the hole 6-32.I inserted a stainless button-head hex socket screw of 1/4" length, from inside the plate; this screw protudes about two threads past the thickness of the plate, on the camera side.I backed this screw back inside the plate for the temporary time being.I lined up the plate like I wanted it and tightened the main plate screw using an Allen wrench.I then used a 5/64" Allen wrench to tighten the 6-32 screw against the bottom of the camera (in my case, the bottom of the battery grip); I got after this screw pretty good as I did not want it loosening and defeating my purpose. This additional screw tightened firmly against the camera will prevent the sling strap from being able to twist the plate and thus the main screw loose.I considered sharpening a point onto the 6-32 screw; but, such tiny screws being hard to sharpen, I vetoed that idea until I see whether it may be needed. The big heavy-duty horse bridle rein snap on my shoulder sling fits the fold-over loop nicely.Once I got this all accomplished and together, I held my grip-equipped 7DMkII and lens over the bed and gave the sling a few healthy yanks to see if I had any weaknesses anywhere.I will put this set-up through the paces for sufficient time to see how all of this pans out and revisit my review for an update.Update 20-Nov-2020: After reading a few reviews that claim that, no matter how tight they make the screw, the plate will still slip, check the depth of the mounting hole in your camera against the protruding thread length of the plate's screw and make sure the screw is not bottoming out before getting tight. Thus far, I have checked this plate in five different brands of Arca=Swiss style clamp and it has clamped snug in each of them.

Worked great on my Arca Swiss tripod mount and my camera's leather hand grip. Metal. Strong.
What I did was to purchase a very nice leather hand grip for my Nikon F5 camera which came with a plastic Arca Swiss plate that I did not trust to last very long or hold my very heavy camera, so I swapped it out for this Hifine QR-60 QR plate (see pics). It works brilliantly and is very sturdy since it is made of metal. I was even able to attach my neck strap (see pics) to the ring on this QR plate so I could carry it around more comfortably when about. The neck strap connectors flip out to the side when I need to slide the camera onto the Arca Swiss mount (see pics). I couldn't be happier with this QR plate.

Still going strong
No complaints on this at all, I still use it almost daily. The sliding 1/4-20 and lanyard attachment add extra versatility compared to a standard mount, and the rubber grips great.

Its ok
When on a camera it works great for my black rapid strap to attach to it. The thing I dont like is when you put it on a tripod it comes loose from the camera often. Causing me to continually check it for tightness and make sure its secure.
