Perfect for Busy Families. Love the Fingerprint Feature!
I’ve been using the Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch Deadbolt for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly very impressed. The fingerprint feature works great and accurately — it unlocks almost instantly, which makes coming home with kids or groceries so much easier. Installation was straightforward, and the design looks sleek and modern on my door. I also love that I don’t have to carry keys anymore. The app integration is a big plus too, being able to lock/unlock remotely and manage access gives me so much peace of mind. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that setting up fingerprints takes a little patience at first, but once it’s done, it works perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend this lock if you’re looking for convenience, security, and a touch of smart home luxury. Totally worth the investment!

Great smart lock with convenient fingerprint access
The fingerprint scanner works quickly and usually unlocks the door in less than a second, which is incredibly convenient when my hands are full. I also love that I can control the lock from my phone through Wi-Fi. The app lets me check whether the door is locked, create entry codes for guests, and receive notifications when someone unlocks the door. It gives me extra peace of mind when I’m away from home. Installation was straightforward and the design looks very modern on the door, especially in the Black Suede finish. The option to use a fingerprint, keypad code, or the mobile app makes it very flexible for family members and visitors. Overall, this is a reliable and convenient smart lock that makes everyday life easier. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to a modern smart home security system. 🔒📱

Wasted Batteries, replacing batteries all the time!!!
These locks are terrible, yes they look nice, but they have issues. 1 they’re hard to connect to when you leave the house, 2, they don’t always obey the auto lock time and the worst lock of them all is next to the internet and WiFi equipment, 3. You don’t have as much control over them as you do the Yale/nest locks that I had before this. And 4. The worst issue of them all is these locks drain batteries no nobody’s business! If you use a standard non lithium battery they drain in 2 weeks, and if you use the expensive lithium batteries you get 3 weeks out of them. I bought 3 of these locks so I need 12 lithium batteries every 3 weeks. I buy the energizer lithium 24 pack for $42.00, yes do the math!! I’m so irritated buying batteries all the time. Don’t buy this lock, and yes I’ve. Tried everything including updates and aligning the lock etc! Not only are these locks expensive but you’re going to spend more in Batteries than anything else. I used to have the Yale nest locks and they were vastly superior and they did not drain the like the Yale Assure Locks!!! Total rip off I’m so irritated

Yale Assure 2 Smart Lock Review – Worth Every Penny (Especially with the Biometric Upgrade)
We’ve been using the Yale Assure 2 smart lock and absolutely love it. The modern design looks fantastic with our stainless steel hardware and blends seamlessly into our home’s aesthetic. The app was a breeze to set up, and we had no trouble creating accounts for everyone in the household. The biometric fingerprint sensor is a total game changer—fast, secure, and incredibly convenient. We purchased the lock during our home renovations and loved the ability to create temporary access codes for contractors that could be used while away from home. The scheduling feature made it easy to allow access only on specific days and times. The app also keeps track of user activity and offers customizable smart notifications, which can alert specific users when certain people enter (or at any time, depending on your preference). It’s incredibly simple to lock or unlock the door remotely from the app, and adding guests takes just seconds. One of my favorite features is the ability to have the door automatically unlock when I arrive home based on my phone’s location. One recommendation: I wish there were a similar auto-lock feature tied to geolocation when leaving the house. Currently, the only auto-lock option is based on a timer, not on whether you’ve actually left the home. I hope Yale adds this in a future update. I did run into some issues integrating the lock with Apple HomeKit. If you remove the device from HomeKit, you’ll need to do a factory reset to re-pair it, which is a bit of a hassle. The lock does work with HomeKit, but I’ve found it to be occasionally non-responsive—though I’m not sure if that’s due to the lock itself or Apple’s platform. Despite that, I’d highly recommend the Yale Assure 2, especially with the biometric feature. It’s well worth the extra investment for the added convenience, flexibility, and peace of mind.

This thing goes thru batteries like you would not believe. Previously I've always used zwave Weiser deadbolt locks but wanted one that worked with my smart products and wifi. I would change my lock batteries every 4 to 5 months. This one I change my batteries every 2 weeks, and it's almost immediately telling me to change them just after I do.

Compre este producto y solamente trabaja con la app de USA y no con la de México. Fue un relajo poder descargar la otra aplicación y al final funcionó. Hace mucho ruido al abrir o cerrar electrónicamente
