Doesn't affect my sleep
The stim free is perfect for when I hit the gym after my night shift rota, It allows me to get in a great session with a great pump and then shower and bed, with no caffeine to wear off before sleep 😴

Great, easy to mix helping to focus and get pump without keeping you awake so you can use it in late hours. I really enjoy the taste. Overall good product for good price. Recommend 👍🏻

I think stats are important but I believe my age will be relevant enough to help guide anyone looking at this product. 33 years of age, been training for over ten years and I was around back in the day when we had crazy pre workouts like Craze, Hemo Rage and other insane supplements. Your probably thinking "hey this guy is mentioning Pre workout with (Stims) But with time and how ridiculous some of these new preworks have 400mg+ Caffeine. Is ridiculous all that in one shot ? It's not ideal for anyone long term. But in regards of this product it's "Stim Free" but the pumps and pure confidence I get from this really helps. *** I would recommend to anyone to do cardio before weights to help blood flow and increase the effects of this product.

Still tingles a lil bit but overgreat stuff
Still tingle on your fingers but not as bad as the other non stim pre..its just right for my needs

Like Ronseal, it does what it says on the tin
Definitely stick to the directions 1 scoop for 500ml to start with. I get a great sustainable burst of energy when using this product for training

I didn’t like it honestly, pump is not strong as I thought and it wears out quickly during workouts even though i drink it 30-45 mins before my training sessions , i personally like to experiment different pre workouts but i have to say that ABE workout was simply a really bad experience for me.
