Well I live in the city and roads and streets are pretty hard on it, this is my second one,first one tires blew out and headlight did not work. 2nd one I ride knowing the layout of the places I go to so try and stay out of the cracks, headlight blew on the 2nd one as Well. so just bought a handlebar headlight instead of sending it back no replacements for parts and no quick release, on wiring, but all and all like the performance..give it 3 stars.

This is the second one I've received and it still has the headlight issue. Got the first one and thought it was a malfunction and had it replaced just to find out that second one doesn't work like it's suppose to. Kind of bummed about it cause it being a small bike I would think that would definitely be a safety feature. We love the bike...took it on a 2 week road trip to Virginia, Maine, Boston, Florida and everyone loved our bikes and that they've never seen these eBikes before, we told them to purchase it on Amazon, but we did also mention the front light issue.

The bike air pump was so tight up against the back tire that I couldn't pump up the tire to reccomended air pressure . Then while riding somehow the back tire popped wilre riding normally.

Definitely a fun bike to ride and it's going to be the cheapest electric bike you'll find online. Bought it for my 12 year old daughter and she loves it. Only complaint is that both tires come flat so you have to air them both up. Front tire is easy to air up, but the back tires valve stem is very hard to hook on a pump and you need to fight with the stem to get it hooked. Also, the back tires isn't the greatest because after riding it around for 1 day, the tire got a whole in it and went flat. Amazon gave me $29 to buy a new on Amazon which was great of them. The new back tire seems to be a better tire than the one the bike came with. It was pretty easy to remove and install the new tire too. I believe this back tire thing is an issue because my GF's sons swag cycle also got a flat pretty easily. Other than that, it's a nice bike to have around and ride.

My kids love these. I bought 2. Gets them to and from school quickly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the headlight burned out within a few days on both bikes.
