Cons: The item appeared to be used. The screen had no screen protector and screen was scratched upon unboxing. Initially the menu button was completely unresponsive until restarting the device. Upon power back on the menu became active, as I was becoming familiar with the menu's the device became totally unresponsive even to holding the power button in for 30+ seconds. The device recovered several minutes later. Charged it overnight, upon checking it in the morning it had low battery and turned off.Pro's: Mount device was very easy and appeared to be sturdy at least for one trip from work. Picture quality was decent.I suspect this was a returned device that was shipped right back out. I also suspect if it was a brand new device that functioned properly, it would get at least 4 stars.8/28/2018Update. Instead of refunding me they sent me another that I haven't even unboxed. Now I'm being bribed with 30$ Giftcard to remove my bad review. Yikes. I didn't make this post out of spite or anything. Simply stated the truth. Sorry Nikki.

I searched different products and decided to give it a try because the price is decent and it has both front and back camera. It's easy to set up and with very great resolution! It also different languages to choose! It came with long wire so you have to figure out where to hide those wires, especially the one that goes back.

So far its good. But i dont know how it will stay hanging in my car with this 90° heat for too long specially under the sun. If i remove it, its useless to use that anti theft protection or that program that let your camera turn on itself if it felt movement as long as it connect to charge port. But as of now, its okay. Good resolution and volume.Edit:So last april 2019 when both of my product broke down. Not the camera but both of the holder that connects to the camera and windshield. Now i cannot use both. DISAPPOINTED!.

I got this cameras and was disappointed to find out that first of all, about the back camera - it looks like someone put a white fabric over it. It shows that it's on but you literally can't see anything except for a white fog.As for the front camera - it is definitely not HD. When I watched the videos that were recorded at night, I couldn't see anything at all.The user manual is very short and was hard to understand. Not much info about the product online.

The camera looked used as it had dirt on the front panel, and the card was already loaded. When I tried to use it, it wouldn't stay on for more that two mins, and then turn off. When I tried using it again, the screen turned fuzzy, and none of the buttons would work, and then it turned off again. I was able to return the camera for a full refund with no issues. Too bad, as I had high hopes for this type of camera at this price.

Dash cam looks like someone bought it used it then got tired of it balled it up and threw it in a box. ALSO WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAMERA IT SAID IT WOULD COME WITH A MEMORY CARD WHICH IT DIDNT.Not satisfied

EXCELENT product for a great price, easy to install the gravity of sensing is very good, you cannot go wrong with this SHISHUO Dash Cam, images/records at night is good as well......

The display screen turns off after a few minutes. I'd like to have the option to keep it on if I want while driving.***update*** The problem is the car charger doesn't work it's broken also the rear camera doesn't work . I'm very unhappy with this product .
