Great for slightly textured surfaces
Sticks well to surfaces that are slightly textured. However, it will peel off of glossy surfaces if it is not pressed down well and left to adhere for a while. Overall quality is good.

Not as soft or pliable as tube caulk
Unlike tube caulk that dries and becomes squishy & pliable like silicon/rubber. This feels like softer plastic. I think it is bendable because it's quite thin. Not because it's soft & pliable.It's fair to call this a corner guards. But, calling this a caulk strip is a slight exaggeration because it cannot be truly effective like a real soft/pliable caulk strip.

Worked great
Applied to a corner of a painted concrete brick wall. Very easy to use. A few weeks later and still performing well.

Time is not your friend
I used this product on a kitchen DIY project along the border of my ceramic tile backsplash. After a couple of days, it began to buckle in certain areas, whereby I had to press firmly to reattach. After a week, the adhesion gave way and caused the entire strip to separate from the wall.
