This card, according to Zotac's website, is 356.1mm long by 150.1mm wide so it can fit into the RM42-502 by itself, which without the expansion card retainer or GPU holder installed, as room for cards up to 426mm long by 154mm wide. However, depending on the 12VHPWR connector you use, it may be too wide for the case's top panel to close.
