I thought about getting a cheaper off-brand version but decided to stick with the original. The charger works perfectly and charges my ring quickly, just like the one that came with the ring. it's nice to have a charger in the travel bag so I don't forget when out of town. More expensive than I think they should be though. But it does the job.
