Biotin shampoo usually leaves hair brittle but this one doesn't seem to. Took me a while to find a shampoo for boo but this seems to have made a difference right away. It's lovely to find the right shampoo. I also got the moisture Giovanni for me and it also made a difference.

I love that this product is VEGAN and CRUELTY FREE. It has NO fragrances, dyes, or chemicals that irritate my scalp and cause it to itch. Hopefully, its biotin and collagen will strengthen and nourish my hair and it will stop coming out in handsful, like it did with the commercial shampoos I tried.

Nice scent
This shampoo smells so good! (The listing says no fragrance but fragrance is actually the 9th ingredient on the back of the bottle.) I found that a little goes a long way. It lathers and washes quite well. My hair and scalp felt nice and clean after usage. Love that it's vegan as well.
