I’ve never needed to replace my Brother drum unit before but poor printing quality that couldn’t be fixed with a new toner cartridge was the key ordering this one. I picked up a two-pack of Toner Bark ink, too. Together, great printing is back, baby! Good blacks because we all know great quality Black Prints Matter!

I’m happy I was able to get this as quick as I did. Great price and Congress with instructions to reset the Drum which I did and haven’t had any problems at all. Prints perfectly with no dots scattered about or lines. So far so good I’m 3000 copies in this far. I will buy again when I need another drum. I’m checking out their toner next.

I thought I had a spare drum unit on hand a few months ago, but I was wrong; it was a box of toner. I quickly jumped on Amazon and looked for a compatible drum unit for my printer. I looked at the positive reviews for Toner Bank, and went with them. The drum unit arrived quickly, and I have been using it ever since. No problems whatsoever and quality printing every time. I will be ordering from Toner Bank in the future.

Works well with Brother HL-L6200DW printer.When I first put the unit in, the printer didn't recognize it. After reaching out to support, they gave me some advice. Turns out that during shipping, there was some slight damage to the drum, it must have gotten knocked around during shipping. Not the fault of the manufacturer. All I had to do was jiggle one of the metal contacts back into place and then it worked great.

I have two Brother laser printers, and supposedly this drum unit is compatible. Well, folks, I’m here to tell you that it absolutely is not. I tried it in each of my printers and got the same error message: Paper jam in the two-sided tray. Well, I have never used the two-sided tray—didn’t even know I had one. No way to get rid of the message, no phone number to call, and no email support. I even tried to remove that tray, altogether, and continued to get the exact same message. Yet, the box has my exact model on it. I had to rush over to Staples and buy a Brother toner, at over $120.

At the beginning I placed 2 starts, as I ahave a hard time to get the brother printer accept this drum unit, i means duing the replacement process.. is a bit tricky than the other printer, not just put inside the printer, you need to press on the pad to instruct. as there is no instruction, I am so upset. But later, I found that this ordering page has a short video that helps you and guid you to replace the dump unit, is much easier that the written instruction. So I love to rate full starts, is pretty easy to get that done ✅

My Brother L5900DW was printing with grey background. The Brother drum cartridge for this model was 5 times more expensive than the Toner Bank. The drum cartrige was packed well and installation took only seconds. The print quality since installing is excellent and I believe it will last a long, long time. I am extremely satisfied with this and will certainly purchase it again when necessary.

We are so pleased with this purchase. You never know what you are going to get with an off brand item, but the Brother toners are so expensive it was worth a try. We have been thrilled with the print quality. We’ve had this in our printer for 6 months so the longevity is really shining. It is nice to have a reliable option that is a great value for the money. We would purchase this again. We do a lot of printing at home for work, probably run a few hundred pages through it every couple of weeks.
