I love this thing. When I’m sore and on my feet all day this helps to alleviate pain and stress from my legs. It is slide resistant, easy set up super easy to use. And quality is great. So many programs to choose from and it helps to ease into workouts. If you limber enough you can sit on it also. I stand and do light squats and planks and I attempt to sit on it (not successfully) but it does the trick and helps to ease my sciatica. Best part is it helps with blood flow. Don’t stand for too long cause if you get motion sickness it will trigger it hehe but all in all my legs and lower back have been functional. Oh yeah and It comes with a remote. It’s small and very easy to misplace. I have no idea where mine is and I miss it because it helped with the settings while on it so I didn’t have to bend down

Update: I found out that my unit was still under factory warranty, and FIERDUN immediately responded to my email, stating they are shipping me a new one. That's great customer service, and a company that stands behind their product. The email stated 3-7 days for delivery, so I'm upping the review to 5 stars. If I don't actually receive the item, I will, of course, update my review again. This was great when it worked. Unfortunately, after just under 1 year of light use (2-3 times per week for 20 minutes), this has died on me. When I try to use it, it just shuts off, the power chord gets hot, and I smell that "burning electronics" smell. I'm super disappointed because I really liked this machine. Unfortunately, after only a year, it's fried. I won't be purchasing this brand again.

I love this thing. I'm a massage therapist and regularly get body work done and hike often when I get low back tension or leg tension this really helps loosen up my tight muscles and joints. Don't use it every day as it's too much on ligaments and joints but good to use 2 or 3 times a week. I also noticed it tones my muscles when used 3 times a week. Worth the buy.

love it its the best vibration plate Ive tried! I had to keep ordering til I got a perfect one though because the first one, the remote and buttons didn't all work, the second one I ordered the top was peeling off with semi wet glue underneath, but third time was the charm and all buttons and remote work and the top pink part isn't peeling off so Im happy because this is a nice quiet vibration plate and has really fabulous settings from relaxing low level to intense vibration and it just feels like such a high quality machine. I use it daily for lymph drainage and for relaxing my nerves from stress or anxiety. plus its pink and pretty ! :)

if you are from uae don’t buy it, I bought it and plugged it to the electricity and then it keep working on full speed no stop till it literally made explosion sound, then a white smoke came out of it. I was scared it is going to burn my house.
