Great book
I am very happy with this book. I like that the print is large and I don't have to wear my cheater glasses. Also like the free bonuses and being able to watch the videos free to see if I am doing each one correctly. It doesn't take long to do the stretches, 10 minutes or so till you get use to doing them. I do feel better since starting 3 weeks ago.

Fabulous book!!!
I think this is a fabulous book. I look forward to the yoga and weight lost journey. I have read the entire book and completed all the exercises once. I will be starting the 28 day program tomorrow. Thank you for taking the time to write " Chair Yoga For Weight Loss". You have already helped me.🤗

Energized
I feel more energy after doing the the day's routine. I didn't do it everyday, as it wasn't for weight loss. It was fir toning and energy.

Nice pace to exercises
I am liking the program. I wish the videos were in sync with the 28 day plan. Alex was contacted and she said she will work on it.The exercises are much more conducive to a person who has done no exercise in a long time. This is compared to other programs I’ve looked at which jump to intermediate level too quickly.

It really gives me a workout. I didn't think I would be able to workout because I have arthritis in all my joints.
