Straight forward
I recently discovered that my existing bottom bracket had seen better days. After efforts to clean the existing unit failed I decided it best to invest in a fresh new unit. Ordered through Amazon as I wanted it sharpish. The item duly arrived next day and that evening I installed it. Much easier to put in that traditional press fit bearings as these sit within their own housing. Now my bike is restored to good health so i'm a happy chappy.

Lasted under three months
Very disappointed in this BB. My last one was in from new for over two years, this one’s lasted just under three months and has gone. Buy cheap, buy twice sadly
