Nice and soft to chew and the flavour was really lovely It said to take one a night and I just didn’t notice any difference so I started taking more and ended up taking four. At least I can see that they don’t give you any side-effects however I don’t notice any difference in my sleep sadly if anything I think there was too much sugar in there and I was just having sweets before bed, but they did taste lovely

I have a lot of trouble sleeping and a coworker gave me a pack of these. I started using it daily. I confess that in the first few days I didn't feel any difference but now it makes me more relaxed and I can get some sleep. These gummies are delicious. I use it under my tongue until it dissolves.

These give me vivid dreams. I do sleep more soundly until just before I wake up but I have had a few bad dreams.
